Bill Faulk came on staff as the associate pastor in 2017 after leaving his position as vice president of a wealth management firm. Before his time in the financial services industry, Bill was on staff with Sienna Ranch/Colony Baptist for 9 years as Youth Pastor and Pastor of Spiritual Formation.
Bill is almost a native Houstonian, being born in Chicago but moving to Houston at two months old. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a degree in Marketing, and attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In 2005, Bill married his precious wife, Sunshine. As each year passes, he realizes more and more that he married way out of his league! Bill and Sunshine have two amazing and energetic boys, Jordan and Ryan. As a family, the one thing they love the most is to be together.
Bill has always been passionate about raising up the next generation to follow Christ. He loves to build teams, lay out strategies to accomplish goals, communicate God’s word, initiate relationships with people, and invest in their lives. Bill also loves both watching and playing sports, reading books, wrestling with his boys, and any home project with his wife.

Oliver Scott is a native of Waco, TX where he was born the twelfth of thirteen children. Music was a family tradition, and from an early age he began mimicking his mom, dad and siblings. Ultimately Oliver was truly intrigued, and music became his life-long passion.
His musical gift was first nurtured in the small Pentecostal church he grew up in, and later he studied music theory and composition at Los Angeles City College. He has since earned his BA in Liberal Arts from the University of St. Thomas, Houston.
Oliver worked with the R&B group “The Gap Band” from 1979 to 1983. While with the band he also launched a songwriting and music production career.
In 1987 Oliver began service in full-time ministry as a minister of music and moved to Houston, Texas. He has worked in that capacity for more than thirty years while staying active as a songwriter and music producer.
Oliver and his wife Evelyn met while they were both in college. They have six adult children and five grandchildren. Oliver loves golf, basketball, walking and bike riding.
Oliver has served as Pastor of Worship since 2012 at Sienna Ranch Baptist.

Danielle Noonan is a musician, worship leader and speaker who began leading music at the age of thirteen at her small church in East Texas. Her family was involved in many of the ministries within her church and encouraged her to use her talents in music to lead people closer to Christ. Since then, Danielle has done just that and brings people of all ages together using her music, testimony and storytelling, giving light to the importance of an authentic prayer life, being hopeful in all things and unity amongst people.
As the youngest sibling of 14 and also an adoptee, Danielle’s unique and prayerful insight, as a daughter of Christ, shines through her music. She strives to promote the dignity of all people as well as the beauty of Christ, meeting each person right where they are.
In 2013, Danielle released her first EP “Restoration” followed by a full-length album in 2014 called “The Awaken Project.” In November 2017, Danielle released her next single "Come" and followed that with a collaboration with John Finch from The Vigil Project called “Always Faithful”. Danielle’s next project “Your Love” is set to be released on March 22, 2019.
Danielle travels the country sharing her music, speaking and leading worship with thousands of youth and adults. Her testimony and songs can be heard on Guadalupe Radio, Rome Reports, Catholic Playlist, Catching Foxes and more. She lives outside of Houston, Texas on her family farm Soggy Boots Farm with her husband and three boys.

Sunshine is a Texas native from the panhandle. After completing her degree in Sports and Exercise Science she moved to Missouri City to be a part of the Young Life staff. She soon met Bill, who made her heart skip a beat! Bill and Sunshine eventually married, and Sunshine began teaching World Cultures and Geography in the public school system.
Sunshine and Bill have two amazing boys who bring them a great deal of joy, along with a great need for coffee! Sunshine has a passion to help equip parents and encourage them to be their children’s primary faith trainers. When Sunshine isn't chasing after their boys, you’ll probably find her enjoying Mexican food, hanging out with family and friends, and taking way too many pictures!

Mark Dean first came to Missouri City in August of 1997 when Colony Baptist called him to be their pastor. He served at Colony until the church merged, becoming Sienna Ranch, where he continues to serve as pastor. Growing up, Mark lived in Detroit, Hong Kong, and Ft. Worth. He received a BA degree in Communications from Mississippi College and a M.Div. degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In 1979 Mark married Marcia, his high school sweetheart. The Deans have two grown children: Sarah, who works in elementary education, and Bryan, who works in sports management. Mark loves being a grandfather to his 3 granddaughters.
Previously Mark was the pastor of First Baptist Church of Ganado, Texas from 1987 – 1997 and Clark Baptist Church of Gonzales, Texas 1984 – 1987.
Mark’s passions are visiting with people; seeing God at work in lives; teaching the Word of God; applying truth in a simple, understandable way; building a Christ Culture; going where no one else will go to do what no one else will do; and sitting under a mango tree with the Mankanya people of West Africa. Mark also enjoys sharing a meal with friends; reading; and watching athletic events, especially where his students are playing.
